Paul -- what are you using for a radio? Where is it located?

It's a 12-2004 Radio Shack unit. A bolt-in replacement for the original in the
center console. Works fine. I don't get the ignition noise, though, cassette
or radio. Just tested it with a Joni Mitchell tape. Neil Young? Well, I can
live with a little hiss playing Crazy Horse, so I tested with Joni :)
I'm running a mechinical ignition. Made sure the radio was grounded directly
to the battery thru a dedicated ground wire. I temporarily rerouted power from
the map light to test the setup. Oh yeah, I also got one of those retractable
antennas that Stan sells. It's looks like it's well shielded.
