The book I saw it in was a old Roadster 1600/2000 book, in the 1600 section. 
It was in chapter on Cyl Heads...in the boxed section in the begining of the 
chapter.

Either the SPEC was just wrong or, I probably misread the page & made a 
mistake. 35# sounded really low.

Very, very happy not to have to mess with the drivetrain again.
