Dan,

The correct torque is 50Lbs. for 1600s according to my factory manual. I ran
my 66 with 60lbs and had no problems because of the cast iron head for many
years. I guess 65lbs won't hurt either.

You'll have to readjust your valves however because the gasket is compressed
more.
