My book shows the following for 3 point belts:
86800-25502 belt - front 3-point red (from ENG #R40001 to SEPT 67)
ALL
86800-25900 belt - front 3-point red (from OCT 67)
All
86800-25503 belt - front 3-point black (from ENG #40001 to SEPT 67)
All except USA & Canada
86800-25901 belt - front black (from ENG #40001 to SEPT 67)
USA & Canada
86800-25901 belt - front black (from OCT 67)
All
On my 1969 1600 the shoulder belts mount on the wheel well above the rear
shelf.
