I'd go with straightening it if it is salvageable. Lots of people threw
away warped roadster heads because of the expense of straightening. That's
why they are so damn expensive now!

People worry about rocker arm geometry when talking about shaving a head,
but nobody gives it a thought as the valves sink into the seats over time
with multiple valve jobs. Just check the contact patch between the cam and
the rocker with machinist's dye. If it doesn't run off the end, you're okay.
