In my years in parts and service I've heard a lot of real idiot customers...
When I worked Toyota parts, a young punk came in and asked for the kit to put
Supra seats in his Toyota pickup.
Me: I'm sorry, there's no such kit.
YP: Why?
Me: Because Toyota never intended for you to do that.
YP: But they're Toyota seats.
Me: And?
YP: So if the parts are all Toyota, it should work.
Me: Did you also want the kit to put the Supra engine in your Tercel?
YP: Dude, that would never fit!
Me: They're all Toyota parts, right?
YP: So, you're not even going to look it up?
Me: No, it doesn't exist.
YP: You're sure?
Me: Yes, I'm sure.
YP: How do you know? You haven't even tried.
Me: Because it's my job. I can sell you Supra seat brackets, or truck seat
brackets.
YP (walking out): Man, this place sucks.
Me: Who's next?
