Re: Supplemental classes

I know this has probably been thought of and thouroughly hashed over by
people who know a lot more than I, but how about basing "class
viability" on numbers generated from National Tours rather than National
Championships?  Seems like NT numbers provide a more realistic snapshot
of class progress (or lack thereof).
