San Francisco Region requires a verification of SCCA membership to run.
Either a fax from a region office (if the card hasn't arrived yet) or actual
card presented.
We usually have 3 runs, and don't normally sell a second entry unless the
turnout is expected to be very low due to the location of the event. We have
not capped entries as far as I know. Our events range from 200 to max of
approx 340.
