Outta curiosity, why can't it be both? As you say, lots of old blood are
in the class at Nationals. At every local region I've heard about, lots
of new blood is coming in. Why is that a problem?

Really? And here I thought that providing a class with rules that fit
what they wanted to do, along with encouraging them to come out an compete
were some of the primary motivators. I wasn't aware that all STS
competitors couldn't handle getting beaten.
I know! Perhaps all those old blood national drivers don't compete in
their local regions! _That_ must be why STS is doing well on a regional
level as well as the nation scene!

I'm sorry, I wasn't aware that expressing my opinion that you're being
close minded on this issue wasn't allowed during the discussion. I'll
certainly be careful to not express any of my opinions from now on. I'll
stick to the "actual issues". 'Cause lord knows that autoxers not wanting
to see anything different happen can't possibly be an "issue".
