Okay, how often did this really happen?  I know it didn't happen in
the two heats I was in T&S (TSWN, heats 2&3).  We ran a more
conventional 20-25 second interval.  And it also didn't happen in
the heat I ran (HNWS, heat 3).  What heats did have 15 second
intervals?  For how much of that heat?

I suspect we're making a mountain out of a molehill here.
