Ohan,
        The cost is roughly $1300, which includes the body, doors, hood, deck
lid, and a pair of gas tanks. I think the Ready-Strip franchise does
this work in the US. It's an electrolysis process in an alkaline bath.
The rust apparently just falls off when the current in on.
