John---The one rear bolt that you already removed is the only one that had to come out. The adjustment screws at either side only help direct the gearshift lever into the gates. There's two more screws that are holding the cover down. It's not necessary for them to come out. This cover is spring loaded upward. Press down and twist the cover a few degrees, and it should come right off. Dick Taylor '73 |
