[TR] TR3A Horn Issues.

There is an adjustment procedure in the service manual, and bits of 
service information (and videos) all over the web.

The contacts wear & become pitted over the years, they can be given new 
life with a file and adjustment. Also, the pin  the diaphragm uses to 
move the contacts is greased, and over the years, the grease solidifies.

These are fairly easy to service, and the replacements can't match the 
originals. I've repaired a half dozen, some that came with my TR3, and a 
few I bought off Ebay to put in my Jag, where they had been replace by 
some awful air horn.
