<p>There is an adjustment procedure in the service manual, and bits
of service information (and videos) all over the web. <br>
</p>
<p>The contacts wear & become pitted over the years, they can be
given new life with a file and adjustment. Also, the pin the
diaphragm uses to move the contacts is greased, and over the
years, the grease solidifies.<br>
</p>
<p>These are fairly easy to service, and the replacements can't
match the originals. I've repaired a half dozen, some that came
with my TR3, and a few I bought off Ebay to put in my Jag, where
they had been replace by some awful air horn.<br>
