[Mgs] Cruise control!!!

Doing more thinking in preparation to working on this problem today.

If it is running GREAT at 3000 RPM, that would indicate that the mixture is
probably correct so it's getting proper amounts of gas and air.
Which of the abovementioned possibilities would be most likely?
