[Roadsters] FW: 3-point belts on 69-70 Roadsters?

Same for the '68 and '69, same mounting points. The shoulder mount on 
the wheel well arch is really too low to avoid spinal compression.

Had a '64 VW Bug ordered new with optional lap and shoulder belts; first 
of any of our cars to have them.
