Many thanks to those that offered up advice on the
Watkins Glen weekend. I tried to find some of you
that responded, but it was pretty tough given the
amount of cars at the event.

The good news is, we had a good time, the bad news is,
I had a great time. Hopefully, I'll be able to
hook-up with a couple of the local racers in the near
future to talk about costs, getting started etc. I'm
leaning towards a Spridget if I can come up with a
gameplan my wife will approve of.

We ended up camping at the KOA outside of Watkins.
Clean showers, decent tent site but very close to Rt
414. We got there very late Friday night, so we
didn't have time to look at what tent sites were
available. Don't ever try to set-up a new tent for
the first time after dark with your wife.

Does anyone know of any good websites that detail the
"how to get started" process, including a good list of
costs?

Thanks again, and my apologies for becoming the list
monopolizer.

Glenn
