It may just be the way I see things from up here in the cheap seats, but it
seems to me that there is always someone willing to use any hole in the
rules to their own advantage.  If they thought they could punt you into the
infield without seriously damaging their own car, you'd be picking
crabgrass out of your radiator right now.  I wish everybody would do the
right thing without having some kind of punishment structure in place, but
it just ain't so, in racing, or in society.
