Harry Pellow (the Maestro) refers to using a surplus B-52 air wrench
or some such.

Anyway, check out the Maestro's books for ANYTHING
having to do with 356 stuff - he's got the poop on pesky flywheel
nuts in there someplace.
"THE ABC's (AND 912's) OF PORSCHE ENGINES" is the bible

I just found this in one of the Maestro's stories:
"The Maestro went to his tool kit and pulled out the 10-foot-long,
extendible 3/4" Breaker Bar, used to remove EVERY flywheel nut so far,
no matter who overtorqued it or by how much. The
Maestro showed the Juggler where to stand on the Engine Stand, placed
the 36mm socket on the flywheel nut and began to apply
Torque."

The Maestro's web site is http://www.hcpresearch.com/

I'm not affiliated with the Maestro, just a very satisfied reader.

Best Regards & Have Fun,
