        I'm afraid it was at SVRA tech.  I don't remember who the inspector 
was.  It
was not difficult to remedy & re-route on the spot so it did not cause me a
lot of grief.

I am concerned that one of our people would have done this. It is just plain
stupid. In a coupe like yours in might be best to put the nozzle about dash
high since Halon is heavier than air. It will stay below your head until you
get out.

That is unless you are upside down! 

You can't plan for every situation, just the most likely ones and hope for the
best. Nobody said racing was safe. Quick thinking, common sense and the best
preparation you can give will increase your level of safety.
