It's sort of a off-work frustrating TR day, with little setbacks. I'm still
hoping that having two Ignition-push switches will at least work. I'm willing
to take the chance.
    Mike Moore wrote me this:
Paul, some people wire the dash lights so they're always on with the
headlights, then use the instrument on off switch in series with the ignition
switch (not the starter) as a anti-theft device. In that case you would have
to turn the key on, the the instrument light switch. A thief would crank the
car like crazy and it wouldn't start without the instrument light switch being
on.
Mike Moore .

Since I have retired the non-working panel dimmer, using the extra
ignition-push to fill it's hole, I have not followed the idea which he
mentioned. However, I may hide a switch for this 'ignition wire' as a future
project. But, I have to ask, which ignition wire is he talking about?
Possibly the coil wire? Wouldn't this make this wire too long and add
resistence?

Thanks, Paul
