[TR] TR-3 out in the rain in Seattle today?

Ok, I just saw a red TR3 driving around north Seattle with the top down. Was
it one of you guys? I didn't get a close look, but I speculate that the
driver may have fitted his tonneau cover with a kayak spray skirt.
