As an eBay part time seller and (mainly) buyer myself I can not see how you
could justify a negative feedback on what you have purchased.
The eBay goods description is not misleading and the picture clearly shows
no mounting accessories. I do think it is a no go on negative feedback. If
you ask him for a full refund I doubt if he would refund the shipping and
handling, would it be worth it?.
I am no expert but I would have thought the mounting accessories for this
type of headlamp bucket should still be available from Rover. If they are
the two adjuster type these were fitted to the Rover Mini until very late in
production. I will check it out for you here in UK if you require, (email me
off list).
