Lots of people have reported unpleasant problems down the road after using
sloshing compounds; perhaps it's our 'reformulated' gasoline that causes the
problem.

I have repaired tanks myself, using a propane torch and 'soft' solder, but
certainly taking it to a shop is a safer option.
