One of the things I had done the last time I had the TR4A IRS diff out was
had a machinist drill, tap and install a drain plug. He used a plug that
uses an allen key to unscrew so nothing hangs below the diff. I can change
the gear oil to my heart's delight!
I use the Valvoline Synthetic too!
