TR3A Gearbox Oil

I've got semi-synthetic gear oil in mine (75W-90 I think), I notice the O/D
occasionally hesitates a second to kick in but I don't know if it's oil or
solenoid adjustment related.

My replacement syncros are noisy until the box heats up.
