Virus detected

I just got an email from:

chevynova@peoplepc.com (E Klos)
    
When I downloaded it and ran it through my Norton's Anitvirus, it came up as 
a virus title:W332.badtrans.13312@mm.

If anybody gets an email from this address I would be very careful.
