OK...here's the problem - I can't shut the horns off.
recently went through a rebuild and have got everything back together and
working except the horns work to good. I have the stabilizer wired
correctly (and it's new), i believe the ground is in good shape, but i could
of missed something.
does anybody have some quick tips ?
