Four wheel disc brakes?

Hi

I've just joined the list, glad to find there are other TR nuts out there!  I'm
currently looking to aquire another TR to rejuvinate into a daily driver and I
had a question:

I was wondering if anyone had ever attempted to update a TR4-TR6 to have 4
wheel disc brakes, what donor would you get the hardware from, and how
difficult the conversion would be.

With the way many people drive now days, I would like the additional stopping
power if it is possible.
