TR4A Light Switch Wiring Question

I just finished putting in the steering column and have connected all of the 
wiring expect ONE  wire.  I don't know where it goes.  The wire is brown and 
comes from the light switch through the steering column.  It has a male end 
and is about 18 gage.  The wiring diagram I have shows that it connects to a 
fuse wire which is Green with brown.   Can anyone tell me where that wire is 
or specifically where this brown wire connects.
