Herald diff. removal problem

The question ???

I have one bolt left on the Herald that I'am stripping to have it done and
it's one that goes thru one of the ears on the diff. you know on the back 
there's the ear with a rubber bush that has a steel sleeve. Well the bolt
is rusted inside the steel sleeve. Any ideas ????  I would like to save the
frame so cutting the frame is out at this time.
