DO NOT SOAK YOUR INNER CABLE IN OIL!!! This will turn it into a dust magnet which will turn into sludge which will gum up the works real good. Remove the cable, inspect for kinks or frays, if good clean it thoroughly, dry lube with graphite and reinstall. |
