If you want it done professionally, prepare to sell both your legs.

Oh, BTW, you'll have to drive using long sticks.

A pro resto will cost thrice the amount for an already-done car. Or more.
Any cheaper and they will take short cuts (or won't make any money)...
either way, someone loses.

Age matters not! I'm 21 and have resurrected (most of) my TR4 over the
past year.  You can view the carnage at my web-page;

I've spent less than $5,000 so far on the resto. I know for sure because
I haven't made much more than that :-) Plus, I've also learned how to
weld, sculpt fiberglass (hard-top), sculpt bondo (over welds), fix
interiors, tune carbs, rewire bodged Lucas wiring systems... etc. Most
every problem can be broken into little bits and tackled one by one.

I am going to break down and buy some replacement parts soon though. New
RH rocker for sure (they were tough to make), and some of the more
difficult bits in the tail section.

To do a good job by yourself you will need 1) money 2) time 3) space to
work on and 4) lots more of #1 and #2. If you get a shop to do it, remove
#3 and multiply #1 and #2 by X, where X is some nasty large number.

Just my "argument", choice is still yours...
