TR6 dashboard recommendations?

Listers,

Can anyone recommend a good source for a replacement TR6 dashboard? I'd like
to keep it as original as possible--I think the original finish was matte,
teak veneer?

Also, in an attempt to refinish the old dash, the second coat of Varathane
buckled and cracked as it dried...anyone know why this might have occured? I
let the first coat dry about 30 hours, as the can suggests each coat must be
dried before applying another.
