Other Strange Messages and Fonts (No LBC)

Is anyone else getting duplicates of messages?  Could we be getting strange
charactor sets because the messages are not being sent in plain text?

I've just set-up Outlook98 so this is also a test of some of it's options
and my ability to configure it which is hopefully better than my ability to
keep my car runnning :)
