RE: 5 speed swap into a Spitfire

I don't know about a Spit, but a company in New Zealand makes a kit that
swaps a Toyota Supra 5 speed into a GT6.  Cost is about the same to get
your trans and OD unit rebuilt.  Check out Conversion Components at >

They list TR 2 - 6 and GT6.  May not work for the Spit, but might be
