I should add to what I wrote that the manifold is made by ALEXANDER who
are/were quite a well known producer of aftermarket components at the time
of Herald production.

William,

Best supplier that I know of for all parts for ex-Rootes group cars including
the Hillman/Chryslers supposedly fitted with your carbs is:

R J Grimes (Coulsdon) Ltd
Hadleigh Garage
Marlpit Lane
Coulsdon
Surrey
CR5 2YE
England

Tel: 0181-668-1455
FAX: 0181-668-6752

Parts stockists for Rootes vehicles, dating back to the 1930's, plus Peugeot,
Talbot, Simca, Chrysler (UK), and Matra up to the present.
Worldwide mail order service.

No financial interest etc, but I have had good service from them.

Regards
