Jim, I just rebuilt mine using the directions on the VTR site. No big deal.
I got my o-rings from a local seal supplier. Not sure where you are but
assuming it is somewhere near a major center you should not have any trouble
finding a seal supplier in your area. Just look under "seals" in the yellow
pages index.

Two things:

1. Bring your old PDWA (including old o-rings) once you clean it off so they
can match the size. My size was 008, yours may be different (my TR6 is a
very late 76)

2. Make sure to tell them the o-rings are for brake fluid. They should know
what to use. (EP stands for ethylene propylene I believe which is a material
unaffected by brake fluid. Normal o-rings would not last long exposed to it
and you would have your leak back.) The EP o-rings here were $0.40 each
(Canadian).

Oh, you might also need a copper washer or o-ring to seal the large plug (if
your PDWA has one). My PDWA was not like the one in the VTR article but
rather like the one in the Haynes and Bentley manuals (only the Haynes gives
the inside details but the external shape was like the Bentley and Haynes).

My PDWA is not sealed (with o-rings or washers) at the switch. If this is
where your fluid is definitely leaking from you might need a new one of
these as well. That is a Triumph dealer only part I believe (ie. TRF, Moss,
etc).

Good luck,
