Those are Triumph part numbers.

209182 is for use with a 3.7 rear axle and 550/590 x 15 bias ply tires,
with speed shown in MPH.  It was used on commission number CT11308 and
later.

208082 isn't in the factory parts catalogue. Is it perhaps 208062?  That's
the same as above, but used on CT11307 and earlier.

By the way, the speedo calibration isn't determined by whether or not the
car has overdrive.  It's determined by the ratio of the rear axle.  Most
non-overdrive TR4s have 3.7 gearing, and most overdrive cars have 4.1, but
that isn't a hard and fast rule.
