Giancarlo, 

1)check the rubber gaskets behind the dashboard air vents.  That was a common
place for leaks.  Mine stated leaking in the '60's until I found it and used
silicone sealer.  The rubber gaskets sometimes move off the metal ducting.  

2) see if the scuttle drain is clogged.  This would cause water to remain in
the ducts from the scuttle to the dash vents.
