Sorry for any confusion the comments I wrote below may have caused....

I was talking about the DBF file which I downloaded from TRF's site and
which DOES need to be imported into a program like a spreadsheet or
database application. Not sure what I was thinking of when I wrote the
babbling about PDF files below.

(PDF files are viewed using Adobe Acrobat and are postscript files not
database files).

The comment about the number of records in the file still apply however
so make sure your application can handle 25,000 records.
