I was wondering, with all of the recent traffic about swaps, wheter or not the
TR-6 engine (2.5 liter?) is a realistic swap into the GT-6 (2 liter). If this
is just a head change, or if the differences are greater, I would appreciate
tips.
This is for a friends car, with an emphasis on reliability and greater parts
availability. For the purists, the car is Mk 1, in reasonable condition, daily
driver, but needs plenty of work to bring it back near original condition. If
you see it around Portland, Oregon, it is painted Superman Blue ;) (Centennial
Blue?) which color is a rather poor respray.
