Dear Listers, 

I've decided to remove the 2-pack paint from my TR7 bumpers (it is harder
than the plastic bumbers, and chips off with miniscule impacts that the
bumbers flex under). Some spots will come off easily, some won't. Is there a
paint stripper that will not dissolve or discolour the plastic bumpers?
