Hi,
I hope you got more than one response to this question, but only the '69
model year had the console ignition switch. The '70 model year got the
locking sterring column, at least US "federal" versions did. I have a '69
and I had a '70. Not sure what the cutoff was, but it was probably
something like CC 35000 or so.
