Mr. Runyan, if it wasn't for you, I'd be scrounging around junk yards for
parts for my Spitfire or paying outrageous prices from the sole source for
parts. But, as a customer, I have a right, nay, a duty, to whine, gripe,
moan and complain every time my needs aren't immediately met with 100%
satisfaction. I say much worse things about my Spitfire (especially because
I'm constantly repairing it). So, thank you for keeping my car running,
now, where's my backorder?
