Yeah, pain in the neck, as all wiring for engine bay/front lights goes 
THROUGH the fuse box -- no way round that without becoming a dreaded PO!

Minor correction: the Spit box has three 35 amp fuses. Some earlier LBCs 
-- such as the MGA -- used two fuses, one each 35 amp and 50 amp. Yeow!
