Hard to say. I'm trying to picture what you mean by "spinning in a rather 
buckled like way"! Does the wheel itself wobble? Is it bent? Is the hub bent? 
Could the axle itself be bent? Is the u-joint ok? Bushings? Radius arm mount to 
the body? Lots of possibilities.

No ideas, but then I never had much trouble with original wiper motors. Sorry!
