In this months TSSC courier magazine there was an
article about making
an air dam for the front of the spit, I wonder how
much this would
improve
the handling? Have any of you made an air dam for
your Spit?

I made a dam for my GT6+/ MkII, but am still
assembling the car. It's been so long since I drove
it I won't have any Idea what difference it will make
(except in looks)

Was the TSSC article for the early spits of the later
ones? wish I could see it.

I remember John Thomasson (sp?) wrote in an old
Courier to use a piece of sheetmetal to blank off the
area between the frame rails in front of the Radiator.
This forces the air to go through the Rad and helps
keep the front of the car from floating at speed (his
claim).
