      If the piston is off center in the PDWA, the switch will be activated 
and the light will glow. The condition of your brakes doesn't matter. For 
example if your system was set correctly and you had a brake failure and 
fixed it but didn't recenter the PDWA piston you'd still get a warning light.
            Checking the PDWA switch is easy. Do a continuity check from the 
switch terminal to ground. If you get a reading your switch is closed. I 
think the instructions for recentering are on the VTR maintenance site. Hope
