Hello, Would a head from a '65 1500 engine fit my '72 1300 engine? The engine is the later-type 1300, which uses the 1500-style head gasket. The '76 cars were supposed to have 9:1 compression, and (possibly with a bit of milling), I could have a high-compression head for my car without messing up the original one... Doug Braun '72 Spit |
